Job description

Dataedo is looking for an energetic and motivated person to join our Sales team. As a Lead Development Representative (LDR) you will be the first line of contact with incoming prospects. You will work in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Support and Management to identify qualified lead opportunities globally, with a special focus on North America.

As a LDR, you will be:

  • Managing incoming warm leads
  • Qualifying leads and booking meetings for the Sales team
  • Updating and maintaining customer information in the CRM
  • Providing Sales team with detailed call notes and clear next steps
  • Understanding customer goals and pain points, collecting technical requirements to match business offering to their needs
  • Cooperating with Sales and Marketing to improve the pre-sales process
  • Working against targets and deadlines

What we expect from you:

  • The ability to work independently in an rapidly changing environment
  • Being target-oriented, ambitious, customer focused
  • Strong time management skills
  • Experience using a CRM
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Problem-solving skills and creativity Excellent written and verbal communication in English

It would be great if you also have:

  • Experience in Enterprise prospecting or sales
  • Experience with SaaS / Tech
  • Data analysis or database management background
