Metadata Repository Requirements

Dataedo metadata repository can be hosted on SQL Server or Azure SQL databases as a separate database.

SQL Server

2008 R2, 2012, 2014, 2016, 2017, 2019.

Express, Developer, Standard, Business Intelligence or Enterprise.

To create a Dataedo repository you need a database user with sysadmin role.
