This is a guide for installing the Dataedo Portal on IIS on Windows.
First, run the installer for the Dataedo Portal:
Click Install to begin the installation process:
Select the installation path. Default path is C:\Dataedo Web\ :
Read and accept the license terms and conditions:
Configure access to the Portal by specifying the URL and port. Make sure that the selected port is not in use by another application or website:
Choose whether error reports should be automatically reported or not:
Dataedo Portal will require access to a repository database. If you don't have a SQL Server or Azure SQL Database for the repository, you can install it now:
Wait for the setup to finish.
Once the installation is complete, click Open to access your Portal, or copy the address to your browser. Note we don't support Internet Explorer.
If you have already created your repository earlier, select Use existing repository. Otherwise, click Create repository.
