The SQL Analyzer is a free online tool that allows users to paste SQL queries to build simplified data lineages. This tool is accessible at https://sql-analyzer.dataedo.com/

The service processes such queries to conduct tests and potentially use for publishing aggregated data.

License Grant: By submitting SQL queries, you grant Dataedo a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and publish such data in an aggregated and anonymized manner.

Access and Use: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the SQL Analyzer strictly in accordance with these Terms of Service.

Restrictions: You may not use the service to develop a similar or competitive tool. The service is intended for personal or internal business use only.

Data Input: You enter data into the SQL Analyzer at your own risk. Ensure you do not input sensitive or confidential information as we do not monitor user data.

General: The SQL Analyzer is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. Dataedo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the service’s operation or the information included, to the extent permissible under applicable laws. Dataedo expressly disclaims all statutory warranties. You are advised that you use the service at your own risk.

Liability: Dataedo will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The total liability of Dataedo for any direct damages arising from your use of the service shall not exceed fifty (50) USD, which is intended as a nominal cap given the non-monetary nature of the transaction.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dataedo and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service.

Governing Law: These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be exclusively referred to and resolved by the common courts competent for the registered office of Dataedo.

Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumers: Consumers residing in the European Union have the opportunity to submit disputes related to online services for out-of-court resolution via the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. This platform provides a centralized point where consumers can file a complaint, which will then be forwarded to the relevant national dispute resolution body.
